These conditions apply to your purchase of products on North 56°4’s website www.north56-4.com.
To shop on www.north56-4.com you must be 18 years old and have a valid credit or debit card accepted by ALLSIZE COMPANY GROUP.
It is only private consumers who can purchase products on www.north56-4.com and when ordering you confirm that you do not buy products for business or for re-sale purposes.

Conclusion of contract
Once you have placed an order on www.north56-4.com you will automatically receive an electronic e-mail acknowledgment that ALLSIZE COMPANY GROUP has received your order.
The confirmed order is the final and legally binding contract between ALLSIZE COMPANY GROUP and the customer. An e-mail from ALLSIZE COMPANY GROUP will confirm the order.
Prices and taxes
All prices are inclusive of Danish VAT.
When ordering products on the North 56°4 webshop, a shipping cost will be added. This may vary depending on the country where to the order will be shipped.
Payment
Following cards are accepted by ALLSIZE COMPANY GROUP:

- Visa/Dankort
- Eurocard
- Mastercard
Payment will be debited from your card at the time of dispatch.
To make sure your payment is secure the card details are encrypted with Quickpay, a payment gateway certified by the PCI-standard, MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa.
Following a return, refunds will be made to the same card as used for the original online order.
All prices are inclusive of Danish VAT.
Delivery
ALLSIZE COMPANY GROUP ships to the following countries: Denmark, Germany, Spain, Sweden, France, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Slovakia, Croatia.
Orders made online will usually be accepted and shipped within 3 working days. Once the order has been dispatched, the delivery time is depending on the country where to, the order will be shipped.
When ordering products on the North 56°4 webshop, a shipping cost will be added. This will vary depending on the country where to, the order will be shipped.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order without reasons.
The products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
The 14 day cancellation period is calculated as from the date on which you received the products. Orders made after November 15th are returnable until january 14th.
If the last date where products can be returned is a public holiday e.g. Saturday, Sunday, the 24th of December or the 31st of December, the deadline will expire on the first following working day.

Repayment
If you exercise your right to cancel your order, your delivery costs and payment will be refunded.
Refunds will be credited to your card no later than 14 days after a cancellation has been received.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been return or proof of posting has been received.

Liability
ALLSIZE COMPANY GROUP is not liable for any non-performance or delays due to force majeure.
Furthermore is ALLSIZE COMPANY GROUP relieved from performance of its obligations for as long as a force majeure situation persists
ALLSIZE COMPANY GROUP's liability for any claims is limited to an amount equal to the price of the product purchased by you.
